Our team has worked within quarries and the construction materials industry as well as the public sector for many years, we understand and appreciate the compliance and legislation requirements of these industries. We hold a Certificate of Competence and Unrestricted Practicing Certificate and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources.
CHRIS GEORGIOU
The Director and Lead consultant Chris Georgiou has spent the past 10 years in the construction material handling industry. Chris has managed a large hard rock quarry, concrete plants including transport, and project managing. Prior to this Chris spent 12 years in the auto industry as a General Manager of a multi franchise dealership. With a strong background in business development, safety and compliance, development of High Performing teams, and culture change, coupled with a formal qualification in WHS, Emergency preparedness, Business administration, NSW Certificate of Competence for above ground mines and Unrestricted Practicing Certificate our program of works is aimed at creating a culture of safety and compliance in your organisation.
SARAH GEORGIOU
Our Lead Consultant Sarah Georgiou has spent over 15 years in various roles in the public sector and the finance industry. Sarah has supported elected bodies, managed small and large teams and provided human resources business partnering to a range of business units. With a strong background in local government human resources and governance areas, coupled with formal qualifications in Business and Commerce, Human Resources and Urban and Regional Planning, Sarah can support the development of frameworks to ensure a culture of safety and compliance in your organisation.
